Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Quilted & Co ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Quilted & Co for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Quilted & Co
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Pattern Purchases

When you purchase a pattern through Quilted & Co:

• You are purchasing a license to use the pattern for personal or commercial purposes as specified by the designer
• Patterns are digital downloads; physical copies are not provided
• All sales are final; refunds may be available in exceptional circumstances
• You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased patterns without permission

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Contributor Terms

If you contribute patterns to Quilted & Co:

• You retain all rights to your original patterns
• You grant Quilted & Co a license to display and sell your patterns on the platform
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to sell your patterns
• Revenue sharing terms will be disclosed separately

6. Disclaimer

The materials on Quilted & Co are provided on an 'as is' basis. Quilted & Co makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitations

In no event shall Quilted & Co or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Quilted & Co, even if Quilted & Co or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Revisions

Quilted & Co may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this Service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
